CASES

Cases:

In an SFFPC system, cases are the most important part. Whereas traditional computers utilize uninspiring cases with inefficient designs, SFFPC cases force designers to create clever, space efficient designs which can look aesthetically pleasing anywhere.

Cases can be dividen into two main layouts:

Sandwich layout:

In a sandwich layout, the case is divided into two main compartments, folded like a sandwich. On one side is a space for the GPU, and on the other side the motherboard is placed with the PSU.

Classic Layout:

In a sandwich layout, the case is structured in a way closest to a traditional design, but without any extra space. The motherboard, GPU and other components stay in the same place, the psu moves next to the motherboard, and the cooling system is mounted to fit in the empty space.
